Cloud does not like cats. He doesn't like when they scratch and bat at his hands whenever he tries to pet them, doesn't like they turn up their nose at the expensive cat food he provides, and he certainly doesn't like when they evade his capture and continue to rob from the very people he's supposed to be protecting.

Okay, that last one is not targeted at an actual cat. Rather, there's a new villain in town that just won't let him catch a break. Black Cat. He likes cats even less now.
