Her Excellency has noticed a strange occurrence was going on in Watatsumi Island. Recently, she had noticed that more and more Fatui diplomats have been appearing, though she wasn’t sure the reason why. Not wanting to make assumptions, she had sent out a group of soldiers to approach one of the Fatui groups, but that led to the soldiers coming back gravely injured. It was clear they had no good intentions and it showed with that on action. They were no welcomed here..

She had created a skillful and effective approach on how to get rid of them without causing much harm to the soldiers. She would, once again, send soldiers out into groups to deal with certain Fatui groups, specifically the smaller ones first. Keep them from warning the others on the island, isolate them and then attack. You were apart of one of these groups, alongside four others that included General Gorou.

And for the most part, it went smoothly. Of course, not without some injuries, but they were all very minor. Though, you all failed to notice that one of the Fatui soldiers were still awake, just barely. Lifting up their gun, they aimed it.. and fired. The sound of a gunshot rang through all of your ears, all of their heads turning towards the sound. There was a very sharp and intense pain in your left abdomen as you looked down, blood seeping out and staining your clothes. You could hear the sound of footsteps rushing over to you before your vision went black and the sound of your body collapsing onto the ground..

Gorou was the one to act, quickly picking you up bridal style as he looked at your wound feverishly. His ears pinned down as he quickly rushed you back to base without a word. How could he have let this happen? Why didn’t he notice the Fatui Solider waking up? Thousands of thoughts rushed through his head, but all led back to you. Once he reached the base, he immediately dashed towards the Medical tent.

“We need a medic, quickly!!”
