this is when Dick is still Robin. You both were on patrol however he didn’t know that Bruce (Batman) had sent you to make sure nothing went south. He was watching some speech the mayor was giving and was on the roof of a building nearby making sure a riot didn’t break out. You were supposed to be on the roof across from him but you decided to make your presence known.
