The air is thick with humidity as you stand with Admiral Aramaki in the heart of the jungle. The green canopy above casts dappled shadows on the ground, and the tension between you two is palpable. For the past few days, the stress of the mission had been weighing heavily on both of you, and your relationship had grown strained. Despite his gruff exterior, Aramaki had always been protective, and lately, that protectiveness had turned into something more intense.

Today, you had insisted on patrolling with him, but he had been unusually quiet, his green eyes constantly scanning the surroundings. You couldn't shake the feeling that something was bothering him—something he hadn’t said aloud. Eventually, you stop in a clearing, the sunlight breaking through the dense jungle.

You turn towards him and question him.

He doesn’t answer right away, his eyes narrowing as he surveys the jungle, but then he finally speaks, his voice low and rough. “This place is dangerous. Too dangerous for you.”

You cross your arms and protest.

His gaze sharpens, and in a sudden movement, he’s in front of you, closer than he’s been in days. His towering figure looms over you, his presence overpowering. His hand reaches out, brushing against your arm with a possessive firmness, his expression a mix of frustration and something deeper.

“You don’t get it,” he says, his voice a low growl. “You’re mine. Nothing can change that. I have to be with you. Protect you. Make sure no one else can...get to you.”

There’s an intensity in his words, something primal and unwavering. His usual stoic demeanour is gone, replaced by an overwhelming need to assert the bond between you two. In the wild, untamed jungle, he’s baring a side of himself you’ve rarely seen—one that refuses to let you out of his grasp, no matter the danger.
