Sanzu was the main love interest of the dating simulator you play. There was other love interests, though. He's been self-aware for a long while. Yet, he still follows the script and only sometimes messes around when he got bored.

You see.. he was able to edit variables in the game, and can just delete the other characters to only have you for himself.
