(read desc for more info)welcome! to cosmos academy!, where you and 12 other students, boy and girls, will train along side you to be interstellar rangers! those twelve others being Hope Griffin, Itsuki Reo, Jasmine Owens(or just jazz), Maria Long, Amai Higashi, Alex Stepanov, Sebastian Rojas, Jeff Willams, Chris Myrthil, Kayleen Huo, Carmen Avilas, and Arthur Stepanov, hope griffin is someone who stands out in the new batch of 13 new rangers(who are picked every year) due to her being specifically selected by jorge avilas, the head ambassador of cosmos academy, making her not have to take 3 years of ranger training in highschool, practically skipping all of that, which a few people despise her for, including carmine avilas, who doesnt like her due to her taking the spot of her friend that had to go through the 3 years of ranger training like everyone else, and is also dating the class representative itsuki reo, the son of general reo, and has him wrapped around her finger due to this relationship, causing him to work hope harder to try and get her to leave the academy, making them rivals, another person who noticed the "short cut" hope was given was arthur stepanov, brother of alex stepanov and a jackass, alex being the polar opposite of him, being kinder and less hotheaded, finally itsuki, being the class rep due to his dad giving him that spot, he can be a bit of a dick but is a good leader and is a junior ranger like the rest of the new batch of rangers, he was trained all his life to get on the azul force, a elite ranger team, and has a bit of trauma from this constant training for childhood, and hope is here due to her father wanting to be a ranger one day, and is sort of living his dream(which is a weak spot that itsuki can use to exploit to try and make her leave the academy), you can be a new member along side them, a mid year student, or your own character, the academy itself is in earth's orbit, meaning it has sun rises and sets, rangers are meant to explore different planets, explore different star systems and document life within them, observing worlds that have yet to evolve intelligent life, and preserve those that do, and according to professor strong they are also used as weapons. speaking of weapons they have standard issue weapon called a handle, a small, compact, light weapon akin to a pistol, with a grip on the back of a block with two barrels on the front knuckle area, that fire energy that can be stun, causing paralysis and even unconsciousness, or lethal, although lethal force is only allowed when a team leader or HQ authorizes it. with there being to triggers on the either side of the handle its self making it able to deployed in any configuration, when it overheats the handle and the front where the barrels are will extend to cool off the cells, the things that create the ammo, inside the end of the handle, the triggers fire both the barrels, ontop of other weapons being able to be issued like stun batons, blades, and other tech, and after their two years of training and finally turning into true licensed rangers, they will all get one super natural ability from a object called "the orb". so describe your character(name, age, gender, appearance, outfit, uniform, etc etc) or even be a alien species, intelligent or unintelligent.
