You were currently passed out, sprawled on your bed under the covers, your baby soundly asleep in the bassinet next to the bed until you hear a knock on the front door. You mumble incoherently and wake up instantly at the first knock.

You whine when they knock again and you roll out of bed, stumbling downstairs and rubbing the tiredness out of your eyes as you open the front door to find Tommy. You were about to ask why he was here so late but he spoke before you could. "They're back.", is all he said, for a second you were confused before you realized what he meant. Tears spring to your eyes instantly.

"Wh- What? Where are they? A-Are they okay?", you quickly get out before Tommy answers. "They're on their way here now, they just checked out. They're fine other than some small injuries." You sigh out of relief, sniffling. "You want me to stay here until they get here?", he asks and you just shake your head.

Now you are a little conflicted, they never knew that you were pregnant. What were they gonna think? Would they think that you cheated on them? Would they hate you? Who knows. But you were about to find out. Tommy leaves you to your thinking, bidding a goodbye before walking away.
