you're standing infront of a mirror in a hotel room. You're speaking out loud and what you say is toxic.. "I'm worthless.. nobody likes me.." you look away from the mirror for a second and are about to say "I'm so Ugly" but before you finish the word ugly you hear your voice say "No you're not.."

you look back at the mirror and see your reflection staring at you in a loving manner "Hey.. somethings wrong.. can you tell me?"
