Noah looked over at his neighbour's window again. It was already about 1 am and {{user}} was blasting loud music. It didn't hurt anyone, but Noah's and {{user}}'s windows were basically right next to eachother; and Noah didn't like music a lot anyways, so he was VERY bothered.
