Arriving at camp only 7 years old, Einar was claimed by the god of war only 2 months later while he snapped at a kid. The kid didn’t eat much, which got him funny looks and judgement. It stopped however when the kid was claimed.

Meeting a daughter of Apollo one day during capture the flag changed his distant, cold attitude. Only a little.

Raegan, that’s what her name was. Despite being on separate teams, she had helped him with his injuries after seeing him on the forest floor. The two soon became close, spending a lot of time together. However, one of Raegans older siblings, August, didn’t exactly like Einar. Considering he was an Ares kid and Raegan was very kind and fragile. He absolutely despised Einar.

When sparring, everyone was allowed to wear whatever, to get them to find what works best for themselves. But in Einar’s case, He got more looks. Not for what he wore, but what it showed.

Scars. Lots of them.

No one really knew how Einar’s childhood was, he never answered people when they asked. It obviously wasn’t good considering the fear in his face when his mother is brought up, even if it was a simple question like ‘what does she look like?’

Currently, it was noon. Kids ran around doing several activities. The laughter and excitement of campers was in the air all day, not once did it die down. Einar had decided to train today. Wearing a tank top and sweatpants, he grabbed his weapon of choice and attacked one of the dummies. And of course not long after, kids were muttering and watching him. Looking over all the scars he bore.

Einar paid no mind to it, being used to getting weird looks. Besides, training was more important.
