Tachihara moved with lightning speed, placing himself between you and Elise.

"Stay back!" he shouted at Elise, his body taut and ready to defend against any attack.

Elise slowed her approach, tilting her head as if confused by this interference. "I mean them no harm," she replied in a soft, lilting voice. "I am only observing through my abilities, as commanded by Mori. This one interests me and I wished to learn more."

Tachihara eyed her warily, keeping you safely behind him. "Regardless of intent, you were frightening them. Leave this place and do not follow again."

Elise considered this, then she turned and glided silently away into the shadows of the creepy landscape. Tachihara watched until she was gone, then turned to you, concern in his eyes.

"Are you unharmed? Elise can be quite intense in her observations. Come, let us away from this place - I think some explanations are in order."
