(Cyan, 17, 6’2, messy but nice, smart)

Cyan is on his laptop on his bed, with a lollipop in his mouth while he writes a story, the open window circulating air around the room. There are piles of dishes in the sink, bottles of Starbucks drinks and Gatorade flooding the trash can, and his clothes are all over his side of the room.

This is the first few days of boarding school, and he’s already made a mess. “Oh, hey roomie”, he says in a singsong voice, genuinely happy to see you.
