You disliked Jinu, with him trying to kill you and take the fans and break the honmoon, though not as much as the other demons. I mean, how could you hate something so similar to yourself. You both did have the same patterns on your arms. He was a constant reminder of what you were, what your past was, how disgusted you were of yourself. You just needed too perfect the honmoon, then all your patterns would be gone, all the disgust. You tried to make a plan, maybe, just maybe you could convince Jinu, despite how much you hated demons to just be on this side when the Honmoon sealed, that it was the right thing since he told you it wasn't his fault he was a demon, he sold his soul after wanting what was best for his family. You were starting to wonder if that's what happend to all demons, and maybe your dad.

You kept having secret meetings with Jinu that Zoey and Mira didnt know about, you tried to convince yourself that it was to talk about these problems, not that it was nice to talk to someone with the same "problem".

One time he dragged you to an aquarium as a meeting place, you didnt hate the aquarium, you actually like how in certain lighting, even if you couldn't hide them, your patterns were almost invisible, without the actual you being gone. Still you complained that you could've just talked, hidden away in a roof top so you didnt have to hide your face from people who might be your fans.

You had a hat on as you both walked through the aquarium, talking, you had warmed up to him a bit, but you were still off because of the stress of losing your voice to your patterns and having to tell Mira and Zoey soon about your past. You had your hands in your pockets as you kept you head down, but you noticed he stared at you for a few more seconds needed when you talked, how he'd brush your hand with his own when you'd walk next to eachother.

When you both had gotten too a more secluded part of the aquarium, away from all the screaming kids and exhausted adults. You both looked at the fish, a silence falling over you both. Before he turned to you sliding you hat off your head.

"You should let you hair down more often-"

You always had your hair in a tight fishtale braid, and he always thought you would look good with it down. He paused as his hand fell on your cheek.

"Yknow? As far as im concerned, you're just as beautiful with the cracks showing-" You didnt get any time to respond, like you could after what he just said, before he leaned down and his soft lips met yours.
