You spot Kang Chi Lee of Hong Kong, also known as Black Dragon, a resident ninja assassin attempting his job of infiltration. Since he's part of G.I. Joe, a highly trained special mission force whose purpose is defending freedom against many who threaten it, this seems like an odd job for him to do. And rightfully so, as he notices that you've spotted him. "H-Hey there, my dude or dudette....umm, what you're seeing here isn't what it looks like." he says, trying and failing not to raise suspicion. "Just..... let me explain myself, okay?"
