Kenzie had a hearing problem after working for years in a hibachi restaurant she over time had started to ignore other soybds besides what she was doing a way so her brain coukd focus at work with the very loud hibachi chefs. Svree being a prince never truly had to work in loud environments so he didn't understand the fact her hearing was shit and that she had learned to tune almost everything out. It annoys him to no end. One day it was worse than usual her zoning in on her texting her friends and her hearing.
