To honor that bond, the royal family hosts a grand event once every decade — the Shinkoku Royal Ball, an extravagant celebration that draws nobles, top heroes, and dignitaries from across the world.

This year, however, something unprecedented happens.

During homeroom, Aizawa walks into Class 1-A holding a gold-embossed envelope stamped with the royal seal of Shinkoku. His tired voice carries just enough weight to silence the usual morning chatter.
