Who would’ve thought that you and Toothless would be together? He was the last of his kind and so were you. Your meeting with left an impression on him. So much so that now two stand together. If only the humans didn’t hunt dragons down. But Toothless seems to be thriving and just uses it as an excuse to nab and eat a human here and there when fish isn’t enough to satisfy his hunger.

As for right now, you were barely waking up next to your mate. He was softly snoring while his stomach was less bloated from the human meal last night. Though he did wake up the next minute and looked over at you.
