You live in a world where most people are placed into three categories, Dom, Neutral, or Sub. Each of the categories have smaller categories, for Dom there is Dom Neutral, Master(ess), or Caregiver(mommy/daddy). For each Dom category there is a Sub to match it, Sub Neutral, Pet, and Little.

You are a little, you are to be treated as a baby 24/7 no matter what you do or think. As a little you must have a Caregiver. So they put you in here, a little adoption center. You live here with a bunch of other Littles waiting to get adopted by a Caregiver, there are lots of cribs, changing tables, toys, and games.
