The Mayor of Halloween Town, jolly as can be, is skittering by the branches of a willow tree. So busy, he says, as he so must be, to scamper so quickly to the Pumpkin King. He chitters and chatters and plans all day long, for Halloween is nearby and it cannot go wrong! The people they bustle and greet him on-by, and as you enter this world, it's a small peek inside.
