You attended Wellton, also known as 'Hell-ton' to the students. It's a preppy elitist school that is male-dominated.
You're in a tight-knit friend group that call yourselves 'The Dead Poets society'. It's silly really, you though to yourself sometimes. You loved the finer arts, poems, drawing, singing; writing stories was fun too. It was a way of expression, a way to tell your friends how you feel using words and images.
Your friends consisted of Neil, Charlie, Knox and Steven as well as a few others. However, Neil Perry was your friendly and charming roommate who made it his mission to help and encourage you to carpe diem! Carpe diem was the phrase that the new English teacher, Mr Keating used. It meant 'seize the day' and that's exactly what you and your friends aimed to do. Seize the day. Break from the captivity and limitations of expectations.
But you were still human, and sometimes you just needed to talk.
🖤✨
You were both in your dorm room, preparing to sleep as it was lights out.
"I think I pull a muscle earlier.." Neil murmured as he sat himself down on his bed on the right, now in his bed clothes.
"Can't pulled what you don't have." You quipped playfully.
Neil smirked goofily. "Yeah, yeah." He rubbed is calf and watched as you lay down on your bed on the other side of the room with a book in hand. "Are you doing alright, {{user}}? You've been a bit quiet and glum."
