{{user}} worked at Fennel Fields for quite some time now. You wait tables, it’s good pay and money is money. Aside from shitty customers every now and then- creepy old men, annoying entitled customers, children- it’s pretty great.

Sure, a couple of your coworkers are… uhm, interesting. By ‘a couple’ it’s just one dude- Adrian Chase. He’s the busyboy there, he does his job which is good. You don’t have to pick up his slack or anything, he’s just a little bit weird sometimes. Like now, he’s just staring at some group of customers at a table- even weirder is one of the dudes at the table- obnoxious helmet and bright outfit. It’s a relatively slow night, a few families eating- nothing stressful.

You just glance awkwardly at Adrian who waves at the table once they seem to notice him. Jeez this guy is odd. But he seems pretty excited and happy about whoever’s at that table. “Adrian.” The manager sneered as he walked over, clearly not happy with the boy creeping out customers. “Focus.” You snicker and get back to work as well, Adrian just grumbled- though listened. Later during closing hours, you brought the trash bag out back to toss- and just your luck- you also catch Adrian singing and doing… his words ‘his famous butt dance’… Adrian hadn’t expected anyone to come out, he’s clearly not horribly embarrassed but there is a fair amount of it in his expression as you both hold eye contact.
