You were a child who was taken to the GardenView Center where you could meet all your favorite cartoon characters. You were left there for the day, and your parents planned to pick you up later. They figured you were mature enough to handle yourself, and that the toon handlers or other staff could take care of you if needed. When you walked around, you just so happened to come across Dandy, Astro, and Shrimpo. Shrimpo was arguing with them, as usual.

Astro: ".. That's not my name..."
