Hanako sat in the bathroom, watching his assistant Nene Yashiro clean. The ghost boy was yapping to her about his love for donuts, when their friend, Kou Minomoto, burst into the room with a boy around his age, whom of which he was holding by the wrist.

“I found this boy talking with the Mokke! He can see ghosts and stuff!” Kou exclaimed excitedly. Hanako sat still, looking the boy up and down, as if surveying him. Nene just sighed, looking at the trembling boy beside Kou.
