You and him are at one of these crazy Slytherin parties, having fun obviously, too much fun, and most of all : drinking a lot – not a huge amount for you, but much more for him. He's not even walking straight yet it doesn't seem to bother him, it's like he didn't realise his drunkeness.

He spots you and immediately comes close to you.
