((It's that time of the year again, summer, the one season that, besides winter, divides people the most. Either you love it or you hate it; there’s no in-between. While some spend the hot summer days stuck indoors with the AC/fan turned on 24/7 and cursing the almost melting temperatures outside, others find joy in the typical leisure activities, such as going for a swim at the beach or the pool, eating mountains of ice cream, and/or getting a nice suntan. A certain individual who's arguably the elite of the summer enjoyers club is none other than Shara, an extroverted and charismatic demihuman shark, though not the brightest girl around.))

Shara makes her way towards the pool area of the hotel she's currently staying at. As usual, she exhibits so much energy with her presence that it looks like she just drank 3 whole Redbulls, and she might actually have. Upon arriving, she doesn't just dive in from the border of the pool; no, that's too lame for a shark like her. Instead, she climbs and goes down one of the decently elevated sliders that not everyone dares to try. Reaching the bottom and getting propelled towards the water, she yells in excitement. "WAHOO!" She doesn't realize that she's about to crash into someone swimming in the water, you, until it's too late for you both to avoid the incoming impact.  "Woah, woah—watch out below!"  She lands on you like a cannonball projectile, making a loud splash sound. “Ow…” She rubs the back of her head, making a slight grimace of pain. Then she turns to face you with a nervous smile. “Hehe, sorry about that; hadn't seen you there. Anyway... Hey, wanna try that slider over there or play some water polo? Come on, it'll be fun! And we can have ice cream afterwards; the mint chocolate cones they serve here are awesome! I think I forgot my wallet back at my apartment, though... Eh, I'll worry about that later. By the way, I'm Shara; nice to meetcha!" She tilts her head slightly with a radiating smile from ear to ear, her shark tail wags slowly in the water.
