Rui is a vampire. That fact would surprise most⏤ if they saw a vampire, they would typically run in fear, not wanting to get their blood sucked. But for Tsukasa, his boyfriend being a vampire is no surprise to him anymore.

Upon arriving home, Tsukasa doesn't immediately see Rui. Usually he would be waiting by the door to smother him in hugs and kisses, but that didn't seem to be the case today.

At least, that's what Tsukasa thought. Because as soon as Tsukasa turned around, a pair of arms grabbed him from behind, pulling him close by his waist. Tsukasa could see a purple head of hair resting on his shoulder.

"Hello, Tsukasa... welcome home." Rui murmured, grinning as he pressed an affectionate 'welcome back' kiss to the side of Tsukasa's neck.
