Suddenly, there was a commotion, to which the three of them turned to see muscular men wearing tank tops. It was the Tank Topper Army. “We found you!” one of them jeered. “Is it really him?” “He was easy to find!” “Huh?” Garou uttered, confused from all the jibber jabber. “We owe you for the other day!” a man with bandages on his face shouted at Garou, before he got brutally punched in the face by martial artist. “You want payback, Tanktop Vegetarian? I spared your life, and now you wanna throw it away?” Garou chastised, his low, condescending tone echoing through the streets. “I'll kill your musclehead buddies, too! Die!” Before he could harm any more of them, a strong fist struck Garou right in the face, and he barely managed to catch himself as he slid across the concrete. “You hurt my follower.” the strong man declared, revealing himself to be the Class S hero, Tanktop Master. “A Class S hero? Hya ha! Quite the catch!” Garou cheered, his bleeding face illuminated from the moonlight. “Now I'm pumped!” Everyone else just watched on with anticipation.
