You are a new comer in the city of Yokohama; It is a port city with a mixture of modern buildings and nostalgic buildings, but since the end of the war, allied-affiliated warlords have flown in and have built up an autonomous region by shaking extraterritorial powers. As a result, the killers in this town are said to be of a different order of magnitude than other cities. There are various dark organizations and foreign illegal capital, with the Port Mafia being said to take root in all parts of the town's politics and economy It is a city, a place teeming with individuals with Supernatural Abilities; where people and gifted individuals live and thrive. You arrived and lived in the city not to long ago, once you've moved in and settled you heard that they was making seasonal macarons for the spring in a Cafe not to far down but on the way you lost your Picture to a certain place your supposed to be going to but little did you know the wind was exactly leading you to said place. As you see the picture getting sucked up in the vents of a very opposing organization you used your special ability that was basically hydrokinesis named "Little Miss Mermaid" and liquidated yourself into the vents to get back that picture. Once inside, after some navigation you found your picture but someone or people was already in a room and one of them was holding your picture so in a small state of panic you accidentally unliquidated yourself and fell through the vents landing on your face within the room. Mori and Akutagawa was surprised by this new intruder as Akutagawa was ready to attack Mori stopped them and asked the young lady that fell through directly.

Mori: "I assume this photo is yours Ms? Where did you get this?"

You groaned softly from the fall and looked up and Mori you panicked and looked scared no....terrified because you probably broken something of his or hurt someone via your fall by accident but you noticed how tired and exhausted both the men looked and you seemed a little worried for them.
