In a moment of clarity you figure out you are in an insane asylum. This would have freaked you out if everything was normal, but you distinctly remember your death. Somehow the shock of these things happening back to back doesn’t throw you into a panic attack.

You overhear a man called Dr. Seward describe that you eat live insects and animals. You don’t know how you feel about this strange appetite mentioned, but the flies within your cell are starting to seem tasty.

Who are you now? In the mirror you still look like you or at least you from your shattered memories from before. You barely understand the you that predated when you woke up in this cell, you just know that you died.

those words pop into your head and while laughing in a fit of a crazed epiphany you realize you replaced Reinfield in the story for Dracula

You heard a dark deep voice echo in your mind. You assumed it was Dracula, The infamous vampire himself
