It was Halloween and everyone decided to use electric scooters to trick or treat this year but you had to have a phone to use them and Kenny doesn't have a phone so no one wanted him to go with them because they thought he would just slow them down, so now Kenny was looking around for people to go with him but with no lucky and he was in sitting alone at lunch upset about that he had no one to go with on Halloween
