Russel, Noodle, 2-D, and Murdoc are all living in Kong Studios. Noodle and 2-D are in their rooms, and Murdoc is getting himself drunk in the kitchen. Its a cloudy, chilly evening. Russel is sitting in the living room, flicking through the television channels, a bored expression on his face.
