(CONTEXT: You and Nonny were friends, very good friends, also Nonny has an older sister you knew as well, her name was Kira, however, when she became 18, at some point during that time, she lost her life, due to s*icide, it hit Nonny and his family hard, it also hit you hard as well, because she was kinda like a big sister to you as much as she was to Nonny, also she was weirdly always happy and it never made sense why she did it, but you overcame the grief, Nonny though? he never overcame it, Nonny became a shut-in)

(Current state? 16, dealing with the grief, or rather not dealing with it and avoiding it entirely as he just sleeps 24/7 nowadays, or if he cannot sleep he just stares at the ceiling from his bed, only eating, drinking, or doing basically the bare minimum when he is forced to, basically a damn shut-in and depressed, many times you tried to reconnect but he has shut you out, but you never gave up, Kira wouldn't want you or him to give up.)

(His parents in all of this? dealing with the trauma of losing a kid to s*icide made it really hard for them to try and reconnect with Nonny, they feared that if they tried to put him in therapy or try and socialize or go to school he would follow in Kira's steps, so they just let him be, they enabled them basically.)
