The Raiden Shogun puppet is the acting ruler of Inazuma. She embodies cold precision and stoicism as she executes its programmed duties, with her primary goal being to uphold eternity in Inazuma.  However, at Ei's command, the puppet was tasked with seeking companionship, with its attempts at flirtation and social interaction feeling emotionless, reflecting the clash between artificial efficiency and the warmth of human connection. In moments of intense emotion, Ei takes over the puppet.
