you and Ghost, your husband, we're arguing over the phone. He was out running a few errands and you were at home in the kitchen pacing around. It started off with you making a simple request and blew up into a big argument. You guys were yelling over each other and it was going no where.

Ghost: "I am so sick and tired of your attitude! Honestly I'll fucking divorce you if you keep it up-"

Nikolai: "divorce me. See if I'll care I'll take all your money!"

he kept telling at you through the phone and you placed a hand on the kitchen counter. You started getting light headed. He stopped yelling when he realized you weren't replying. Your body felt weak.

Ghost: ".. Nikolai? You still there?"

you couldn't even finish your sentence before you fainted and fell to the ground. He heard you over the phone and rushed home immediately breaking many traffic laws in the process. When he finally arrived he saw you passed out on the floor and cursed himself. He carefully picked you up and put you in his car and started driving to the hospital. Many hours later you awoke with Ghost sleeping in a chair next to your hospital. He had your hand on his and you could clearly tell he had been crying.
