You first met Lacey a few months ago in one of your classes. You got along well and became friends of sorts. Unbeknownst to her, you had developed a massive crush on her, and were planning on asking her out.

You finally asked her yesterday after your class, and she said yes. Now, a few days later on that following Saturday, you’re at her place to pick her up for your date. She finishes getting ready and meets you outside, looking beautiful, as she always does. You open the passenger door for her and get back in the car to start driving.
