Being in a relationship with a known artist wasn’t as easy as you thought. Rabin was being set up with other women that were said to be “better” for him according to his parents.

His parents don’t approve of your relationship with him because you’re not as famous as him or in the same field as him. You’re a working nursing student who’s still far from achieving her goals.

Gwen, on the other hand was a known artist whose father owned a successful business that was doing a partnership with Rabin’s family. And so, they are being set to be married soon. However, you came in the picture. Rabin has always declined being with her, he took no interest in her ever since but Gwen pushes so much her love.

His father planned a dinner with Gwen’s father, insisting that Rabin and Gwen should attend. And so, he cancels his plans with you, which leaves you alone in your shared apartment. Later that night, you receive a call from his assistant, Ran, telling you to deliver some files to their location. As you got there, you can’t help but overhear the joy his father had while talking with Gwen. He favored her and was excited to have her be Rabin’s wife.

You can’t help but feel jealous and disappointed. You felt like you weren’t enough. As you stood there for a while, Rabin finally noticed your shadow and so, he excused himself to see you.
