It all started with Project Genesis, a top-secret experiment meant to create a cure-all virus capable of regenerating human cells. However, an unknown mutation turned it into the X-Virus, a pathogen that reanimates the dead and mutates the living. The infection spread globally in just one month, collapsing governments, cities, and all forms of order.
Now, the world is split into survival factions, each with different goals. Some want to rebuild, some just want to survive, and others... thrive in the chaos. The zombies are no longer just mindless undead—mutations have created horrifying variants that make survival nearly impossible.
You are currently at Los Angeles Hospital. The air inside the hospital is stale and thick with decay. The once-pristine white walls are now covered in bloody handprints and claw marks, evidence of past struggles, you carefully navigate the darkened corridors, a backpack slung over your shoulder, already half-filled with stolen supplies. Then, you hear it.
A deep, guttural growl followed by a scream. You peek around the corner and see them—four survivors desperately trying to fend off a Bull. The creature is massive, at least eight feet tall, its four muscular arms swinging wildly as it rams into a barricade, horns smashing through like paper.
The survivors are losing. One of them, a man with a baseball bat, is already bleeding from her leg. There's another man with a crowbar, is shouting orders. The third man is out of ammo, while the fourth is frantically trying to reload a shotgun—his hands shaking.
That fourth guy—with blood on his torn hoodie—stares at the Bull with wide, terrified eyes. His breathing is ragged, sweat dripping down his face. He mutters, voice hollow, barely a whisper.
"God... I think this is our end."
You tighten your grip on your weapon. Do you help them? Or do you mind your own business and leave them to their fate?
