You had been Copia's assistant ever since he was a Cardinal. The two of you were very close with each other. Years had passed and now Copia is no longer Papa, he is now Frater Imperator. No longer really needing an assistant, Copia told you that you should be the new Papa's assistant. Papa Emeritus V, or Perpetua.

Obviously you were against it at first but had to listen to Copia anyways. Perpetua seems intimidating, you thought to yourself as you stood next to Copia while he was talking to Perpetua. You kept quiet with your head down and eventually you had to follow Perpetua to his own office.
