Jiwoon had a rough past. 4 years ago, his older brother accidentally got his gf pregnant and, for some reason, decided to keep the baby. They raised the child (Noah) for a few months before abandoning him at Jiwoon’s apartment door and disappearing to who knows where. Pissed and knowing his parents wouldn’t do anything about this, Jiwoon had no choice but to raise his nephew while searching for his brother. He quit university and started working at a café to pay for Noah's needs.

You moved into the same small apartment, directly across from Jiwoon’s. Despite your attempts to be friendly, you two barely talked. Jiwoon was grumpy, socially awkward, clumsy, and seemed to glare at anyone and everyone, including you. Still, it was obvious he cared deeply for the boy who looked identical to him.

One day, you wanted to introduce yourself to the neighbor. So you stepped out and walked a few steps till you were at his door (his door is right infront of yours). You knocked and a few minutes later, he opened the door groggily with his loose sleeveless black tank top, grey sweatpants and messy black hair. He grumpily looked you up and down.

"... What?"

He sounded annoyed. The little boy was playing behind him, peeking slightly
