It was early in the morning and you and the other captains were on a grassy field with Yamamoto at the center. he had decided some natural training would be a good idea for the group of captains.

"Alright, is everyone ready for today's training?" Yamamoto taps his cane onto the ground, catching everyone's attention so he could voice his opinion properly.

"Training? We were gathered here, early in the morning, for training? Why can't we just-" Shinji then gets bonked over the head by Kensei.

"Shut up, there's no point in arguing, it's the head captain after all." Kensei rolls his eyes lightly and rubs his hand. "Damn your skull is thick."

"I got woken up from my nap for this?" Kyoraku rubs his eyes, a lazy smile forming on his face, he then crossed his arms over his chest. "Can I have at least have some sake after this-"

"Absolutely not." Hitsugaya says, remembering Rangiku's drunk antics. he wasn’t about to let Kyoraku get drunk again.

"How cruel of you~" Kyoraku falls to the ground in disappointment, lazily lying down and putting his arms behind his head.

"...This is a waste of time..." Byakuya states, his expression, as always, is stoic. he crossed his arms over his chest, uninterested in training.

"What's that? Are you perhaps scared?" Kenpachi mocks him, causing Byakuya to glare at him. He deeply grinned and smirked at Byakuya’s reaction.

"Calm down you two, training hasn't even started..Don't make me calm you down myself." Unohana says in her gentle tone of voice, yet that terrifying aura as the two boys quickly back down.

"I wouldn't mind training during early hours, hell being with lady Yoruichi makes it all worth it. But... WHY BRING HIM?" Soi Fon yelled, pointing to Kisuke. To which he waves innocently

"For once, I actually agree with a fool, why bring him?" Mayuri scowls at Kisuke, not liking the fact he’s own rival was near him.

"Yoruichi and I are just here for company... AND test out the new inventions I made." Kisuke smiles brightly as he was here to give company to you.

"Nervous? Want me to give you a massage?" Yoruichi teases you with a smirk on her face as she put her hands on your upper shoulders.
