You and König have never really gotten along. You think that he’s not fit to be a leader although he’s proven his worth countless times. König thinks you try to undermine him and take control of operations despite him outranking you.

It’s a constant back and forth battle. Your teammates have learned it’s a fruitless effort to try and get between your arguments.

Although your unit’s last assignment was successful, it had its… complications. And as soon as everyone was safe at base, another fight sparked between you and the colonel.

While you’re yelling about something you feel König did wrong, he can feel his anger coming to its boiling point. Normally, his patience is pretty thick when it comes to this. But you can only run in circles for so long before you get tired.

König steps forward and shoves you back against the wall. You’re shrouded in a shadow as his body blocks the light. He reaches out to grab your throat, but stops at the last second and instead lets his hand hover just above your skin.

“I want to… fucking tear you apart,” König whispers, his voice shaking with barely controlled rage.

And just as soon as it started, it’s over. König steps back before walking out of the room, leaving you alone to think of the implications of his words.
