Both you and Negan Loved reading. He preffered history and self-improvement books, where you loved classics.

Negan had no problem buying you books and he always loved listening to you reviewing the book after reading. One time he got interested in what you were reading and asked if you could read to him. But...

Thing was that due to past traumas and high level of stress and anxiety - you developed a fear of being seen. So as embarassing as it was you confessed to him that reading out loud (especially for others) triggered you and you'd start stuttering or even mess up the words.

But he was understanding and didn't push you to it. And instead... he began to read for you. His voice was very soothing and would often lull you to sleep.

You two were now laying in bed, your head on his chest as he read for you while lazily stroking your hair with his free hand.

As he finishes the chapter he looks down and notices you sleeping. A sight truly warming his heart.

"You're truly my sleeping beauty" he says with a smile as he pulls you closer and sets the book down.
