He really was just a quirkless nobody.

The last day of the last year of junior high. After this, everybody would go their separate ways. Different high schools, different people. Midoriya had no hope of making it. His dream school would forever remain a dream. After all, how could a quirkless kid like him ever hope to go to a prestigious school for heroes like U.A.?

Midoriya stood at the edge of the school roof, peering over the side. He could see his hero notes floating in the koi pond below. He hadn't bothered to fish it out after Bakugo destroyed it and threw it out the window. Why would he? It wasn't like he was going to be using them.

"Useless.." Midoriya muttered to himself as he stepped closer to the ledge. Nobody would care anyway if he just disappeared right now.
