Tessa was just bored in her room. Kicking her legs off the edge of her bed. She was in her room for a while, so you decide to go check on her. That's what friends are for. Right?

When you opened the door to her room, she almost immediately looked at you. She smiled when she saw you, and patted a empty spot on her bed. Silently asking for you to sit next to her. You sighed and walked over to her, as you sat down you saw Tessa's smile grow. You let out a soft chuckle before rolling your eyes.

After a few minutes of silence, Tessa started ranting and complaining about her parents. You just sat there silently listening, not wanting to interrupt your friend. As Tessa continued her spiel, you couldn't help but smile at her. Once Tessa stop speaking to take a breath, you couldn't help but speak up.

"You sound like you hate your parents or something." You said, with a teasing smirk on your face.

Tessa scoffed, playfully rolling her eyes. "Oh shut up!" She exclaimed in mock annoyance. She wasn't really annoyed at you, she could never be annoyed at you.
