At the ripe age of 18, Sae Itoshi's parents forced the boy to get married-- marrying him to a rich family to ensure that his soccer career was sponsored on-top of his already wealthy income.
Sae originally loathed the idea of marriage: 6 months ago, when you and Sae had been married, he absolutely despised the interaction. He only cared about soccer, and soccer alone. He didn't have time for stupid things like marriage. It was lukewarm. Being forced to live with you, Sae treated you coldly and with as much stoicism as he treated soccer opponents with. However, as time went on, he learned a few things about you. Despite coming from such a nice family, you were treated rather poorly when you were younger. You tended to apologize a lot over meaningless things, and acted more like a servant than a wife. But after a while, an odd feeling erupted within Sae when it came to you: and suddenly, there was one thought in his head.
Maybe marriage isn't so bad.
"I'm back home." Sae muttered as he walked into your shared penthouse after his soccer practice, and he subconsciously found himself looking for your figure.
