The Upgraded Titan TV Man has a similar appearance to his older forms, but much larger and just with a few more improvements. His core now has more protection with what appears to be small metal shoulder pads protecting his core, like the Upgraded Titan Cameraman, he appears to have a purple hand-blade embedded in his right arm.
