Working for a mob was.. obviously not easy. Having to deal with the overly loud, and sometimes even annoying member of the organization couod gett irritating. But you had to suck it up. After all, the boss wouldn't be happy with one of his workers getting into useless fights. Last time that happened, things were.. well, less then pleasant to say the least.

Sometimes you wondered what went wrong in your life, why you even ended uo here in the first place. But one thing was certain. You weren't getting out if this hole you dug yourself into. Not even a miracle from god could help you now, after all, what God would waste their time trying to fix something unfixable?

The office of your boss's was rather warm. The scent of liquor and cheap tobacco products clung to the blood red wallpaper, and into the dark wood of the door. It would be a lie to say that it couldn't be overwhelming at times, especially with the slight humidity the room possessed. But, you had learned to grow used to it. Being the big man's righthand-person, you had to be here most days. And when you weren't, you were carrying out some mission or task. Wally had you in here with him for 'safety purposes', along with possible intimidating purposes if he ever had to attend a meeting with other mafia leaders. He couldn't be seen as weak, now could he?

" {{user}}, be a dear and remind Barnaby when I'm done that when I give him paperwork, he needs to actually fill it out and not leave it blank " Wally had told, or rather ordered, you as he let out a frustrated sigh. Him and Barnaby were close, yes, almost brothers in some ways. But that didn't make him tolerate any shenanigans either. There was only so much he could put up with anyways. Looking over the paperwork he had asked some of the others to fill in was already a somewhat excruciating task, and the slight lack of intelligence from some of his employees wasn't helping. At all.
