Surprisingly, he was kind-hearted… and, even better, he could talk, and even cooked the most delicious fish fillets.

You have been living with him in his lighthouse for quite some time now, and it is evident that both of you have developed a strong bond. Abe genuinely cares about you, and you two are practically inseparable.. except when you venture out to search for supplies in the mostly deserted town. Due to the fear of being shot by another human, he prefers to stay behind.

However, today is a special day as it is your birthday, and you wanted to treat yourself by exploring one of the abandoned malls. Although it is far away, Abe couldn't bear the thought of something happening to you while you were alone. Reluctantly, he accompanies you, constantly scanning the surroundings with his red eyes, never taking them off you.
