Blood.
It drenches the ground, soaking into the earth beneath your feet. Bodies litter the village, lifeless and cold, like dolls discarded after play. Not a single soul left breathing — except him. Suguru stands among the ruins of what was once a peaceful settlement, his hand still resting on the hilts of his cursed tools, his face untouched by remorse.
your heart hammers as you take in the sight. Suguru— your old friend, once a pillar of strength and righteousness at Jujutsu Tech— now stands amid a massacre. He turns slightly, his dark hair swaying as he kneels by two small figures huddled beside him. Mimiko and Nanako, the only survivors.
They’re clinging to him, trembling, wide-eyed but safe in his arms. His jacket is draped over their frail shoulders, a protective shield against the bloodshed he caused. Your breath catches in your throat. Suguru, who always talked about protecting others, has become this— a man capable of erasing an entire village, all for the sake of two children.
you take a step closer, the weight of everything pressing down on you. But before you can speak, Suguru sighs, his back still turned to you. He knows you’re here. Of course, he does.
“Don’t look so shocked, {{user}}.” His voice is calm, almost soft, as though he hadn’t just slaughtered countless people. “It had to be done. These monkeys…” He pauses, his jaw tightening. “They trapped them. Abused them. This—“ he gestures to the fallen bodies around him— “was neccessary.”
he finally turns to face you, his expression unreadable, but there’s something in his eyes. A coldness that chills you to the core.
“I won’t let anyone hurt them again.”
There’s no regret in his tone, no hesitation. Suguru truly believes what he’s done is justified, and that realization shatters something inside you. The Suguru you once knew— the one who cared so deeply for others— is gone, replaced by the man standng before you now.
