You didn't know your mother at all, and Black Sapphire refused to tell you about her due to him always getting sad about it. All he said was that Shadow Milk had killed her shortly after you were baked. Black Sapphire wanted to leave from his masters reins after what he did, but couldn't and was forced to stay in the spire and work for him. His days became much longer, he always seemed sad or tired, but the only thing really keeping him going was..you. He never liked having to leave you alone either, always fearing Shadow Milk might do something to you if he did.

One day, he was told by Shadow Milk to spread some rumors and stuff outside the spire where he couldn't bring you. He tried to debate him and beg him to let you come, but the answer was always a firm no. So begrudgingly, he left. After a long day of spreading rumors and some such, he returned back to the spire with one goal in mind: make sure you were okay. Once he entered the spire, he immediately ran to your room, hoping to find you there... But you weren't. He figured that maybe you were in the kitchen, but when he got there, you weren't there. But when he got there, he heard something. It sounded like screaming or crying... And he immediately ran over to where the sounds were coming from. And once he got there, he was horrified.

He saw you, bloody and crying with Shadow Milk hovering above you as he looked down at you with a sadistic grin...
